Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for its Commercial Banking function within the Retail Banking Group. The group serves retail and micro-business customers with conventional and Shari'ah-compliant banking products and services, and is committed to digital innovation. The role focuses on transaction banking for corporate clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a transaction banking marketing action plan targeting the corporate client base in the UAE, and manage corporate clients from a working capital perspective to meet financial targets and drive revenue.
• Work with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise selling opportunities and maintain customer service standards.
• Liaise with clients on complex transaction banking solutions, new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities, solve or escalate problems, and cross-sell other products.
• Train and support Corporate Relationship Managers on transaction banking solutions, skills and knowledge.
• Follow organisational policies, processes and standard operating procedures consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a transaction banking environment, including experience achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of transaction banking products, the industry, freight forwarding, marine insurance, treasury management and related law and practice.
