Senior Relationship Manager (FX, CFDs)

About the role

ATFX MENA, a licensed financial services firm regulated by the UAE's Securities and Commodities Authority and acting as a referral and marketing arm of the ATFX brand, is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager. The role leads client acquisition and retention across the MENA region, offering tailored solutions in online trading and financial services such as Forex, commodities, indices, shares and CFDs.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and manage a high-value client portfolio and build lasting partnerships with HNWIs, providing personalized support and portfolio guidance.
• Achieve and exceed commercial targets, including revenue growth, AUM expansion and active client acquisition.
• Identify emerging markets, strategic partnerships and referral pipelines to expand ATFX's regional footprint.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assessing client needs and recommending bespoke trading solutions and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams to improve the client journey from onboarding to portfolio growth.
• Represent ATFX MENA at industry conferences, networking events and client gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and comply with regulatory and internal reporting standards.
• Stay up to date with financial markets, FX products and global trading trends.

Required profile

• +4 years of experience in client acquisition, relationship management or business development in FX, CFD trading or financial brokerage.
• Proven track record of acquiring, managing and retaining HNW clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; bilingual.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with executive presence in high-level conversations.
