Senior Relationship Manager – Mashreq Gold (Retail Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead the Mashreq Gold portfolio within our Retail Banking Group. The role focuses on delivering personalized financial solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, driving profitable growth and deepening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Increase Mashreq Gold balance‑sheet sales and cross‑sell bank products to existing clients.
• Generate new business through referrals, marketing initiatives and personal networks.
• Communicate the full range of bank services to clients and identify their financial needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue, sales and portfolio‑growth targets, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Acquire new high‑net‑worth clients and expand the bank’s market presence.
• Maintain proactive client contact, anticipate issues and deliver superior service.
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and safeguard the bank from potential loss.
• Reduce client attrition and enhance the bank’s market profile.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 5‑6 years of relationship‑management experience in banking or financial services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of selling techniques and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Extrovert and amiable personality with strong networking abilities.
• CISI certification.
