Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role

Century Private Wealth is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join its private banking team in DIFC, Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring and managing high net‑worth and ultra‑high net‑worth clients, delivering tailored wealth solutions and driving assets under management growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and nurture relationships with HNW/UHNW clients through personal networks, referrals and market outreach.
• Deliver customized wealth management advice across equities, fixed income, structured products, alternatives and lending solutions.
• Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to design suitable solutions and monitor client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and internal regulatory standards while maintaining thorough documentation.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience managing or engaging with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Established network within the high‑net‑worth segment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
