Senior Relationship Manager – Services & Manufacturing (CIBG)

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) unit for services and manufacturing clients within Mashreq's Corporate & Investment Banking Group. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio, originating new business, and delivering structured finance solutions across local, regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and segment target markets, develop new business opportunities and implement the annual marketing plan for the SSF unit.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in banks, financial institutions and public shareholding companies to originate deals and meet financial targets.
• Review existing portfolios, create account plans and recommend credit facilities in line with the bank’s credit policy.
• Coordinate with internal groups (Marketing, Credit, Operations, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of structured finance solutions.
• Monitor market, regulatory and competitive environment and propose policy changes as needed.
• Lead, train, motivate and evaluate the SSF team to achieve budgeted revenues while maintaining a low‑risk portfolio rating.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in marketing, corporate finance or structured finance within banking.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, regional and international debt capital markets and syndication.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CA or MBA preferred.
