Senior Relationship Manager – Wholesale Banking

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients within ADIB's Wholesale Banking Group in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, cross‑selling banking products and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate clients, achieving revenue, new net revenue and cross‑sell targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings, develop account plans and collaborate with product partners (CFIB, Treasury, GTS) to deepen relationships.
• Perform credit risk analysis, prepare credit applications, structure facilities in line with ADIB credit policy and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with the customer service unit to ensure day‑to‑day transaction needs are met.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify problem credits early and execute timely renewals.
• Maintain sector expertise, track market trends and update the pipeline report weekly.
• Ensure full compliance with Sharia, Central Bank regulations and internal policies, achieving satisfactory audit ratings.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in wholesale banking, credit analysis and relationship management for commercial real estate.
