Senior Risk Based Inspection Engineer – Offshore

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior RBI Engineer to lead offshore asset integrity initiatives. You will develop, implement and maintain Risk‑Based Inspection programs, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute RBI assessments for pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, tanks and related equipment using API 580/581 methodologies.
• Optimize inspection intervals based on risk profiles and update assessments with new inspection data, operational changes and corrosion monitoring.
• Perform integrity assessments, develop inspection plans, and conduct fitness‑for‑service evaluations.
• Analyze corrosion mechanisms, recommend mitigation measures and support corrosion management programs.
• Ensure compliance with API 510, API 570, API 653, ASME codes and NACE/AMPP standards.
• Participate in audits, regulatory inspections and contribute to the company’s Asset Integrity Management System.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in RBI, asset integrity or related fields within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of offshore inspection practices and pressure equipment codes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with inspection, corrosion, operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
