Senior Rotating Engineer – Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Rotating Engineer to join its offshore team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves applying advanced engineering theories and practices to deliver high‑value projects for energy, chemicals and resources assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development by maintaining an up‑to‑date personal profile and contributing to proposals.
• Develop discipline execution strategies, estimate costs and prepare proposal content.
• Coordinate project work, ensuring coverage for vacations and unplanned absences.
• Mentor and train team members, and assist in performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and security requirements.
• Participate in project execution planning, scope, cost and schedule management.
• Implement innovative solutions and manage discipline‑specific change.

Required profile

• Advanced engineering degree or equivalent experience in rotating equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations, codes and industry standards.
• Proven ability to supervise technical work on large or multiple smaller projects.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
