Senior Sales Executive – Cables & Cable Accessories

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the growth of our cables and cable accessories portfolio across the UAE. The role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and industrial sectors and driving revenue through project and trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP firms, developers, traders and industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for power, LV/MV, control and instrumentation cables.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, quotations, negotiations, order closure and payment follow‑up.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability and project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while protecting profit margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of sales experience in the UAE electrical industry.
• Proven track record selling cables and cable accessories.
• Extensive network with electrical contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, panel builders, traders and project clients.
• Strong understanding of project sales, tendering and technical quotations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

• In‑depth knowledge of cable and cable‑accessory products.
• Project sales and tendering expertise.
