Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Join 3S Money, a fast‑scaling fintech scale‑up, as a Senior Sales Executive based in Dubai. This hybrid role (4 days office, 1 remote) focuses on driving growth across international markets and building strategic client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound B2B sales across targeted markets and generate new business through networking and strategic prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle from origination to close, maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Build relationships with founders, CFOs and key decision‑makers in international businesses.
• Develop partnerships with legal, corporate and professional service firms.
• Collaborate closely with Client Management and Revenue leadership to grow long‑term client value.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions.
• Proven outbound B2B sales track record with a relationship‑led approach.
• Experience in international payments, FX and preferably virtual IBANs.
• Existing professional network and strong commercial judgement.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a strong advantage.
