About the role

Ceekay Shipping is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Projects / Assistant Sales Manager – Projects to drive new business in the project logistics segment. Based in Dubai, you will promote specialised freight services such as full container load (FCL), out‑of‑gauge (OOG), break‑bulk, and heavy‑lift shipments while nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within project logistics.
• Promote and sell FCL, OOG, break‑bulk, and heavy‑lift services to existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in project logistics or freight forwarding sales.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of project logistics, freight forwarding, and heavy‑lift operations.
• Understanding of FCL, OOG, and break‑bulk shipping processes.
