Senior Sales Manager – Electroplating Chemicals

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales strategy for electroplating chemicals across the UAE, driving business development, revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for electroplating products in the UAE and wider Middle East.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier‑1/Tier‑2 suppliers, plating companies and industrial accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base and establish distributor networks.
• Lead negotiations, manage commercial relationships and oversee pricing, margins and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Product Development and Operations to deliver customer‑specific solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies in the electroplating industry.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and technical forums.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience in electroplating, surface‑treatment or specialty chemicals.
• Track record of developing new markets and key accounts, preferably in the automotive, electronics or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Prior experience in the Middle East/GCC market and strong understanding of distributor and industrial customer decision‑making processes.
• Ability to manage P&L responsibility and deliver aggressive growth targets.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer or related qualification preferred.
