Senior Sales Representative – AI Recruitment SaaS

About the role

Omnisage LLC is looking for a driven Senior Sales Representative to lead the growth of its AI‑powered recruitment platform, Scovai, across the UAE market. This freelance, commission‑based position combines remote outreach with face‑to‑face meetings to engage HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads targeting mid‑market and enterprise clients with high recruitment volumes.
• Manage a structured sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the Scovai platform and articulate its advantages over legacy ATS solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts with HR and talent acquisition decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology solutions to enterprise‑level clients in the GCC region.
• Strong professional network within the UAE HR, recruitment or talent acquisition ecosystem.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
