Senior Site Architect – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Architect to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role will act as the primary liaison between KEO, the client, design consultants and contractors, ensuring seamless delivery from post‑award through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Represent KEO in all client, consultant and contractor communications after contract award.
• Technically assess contractor submittals against design intent, specifications and contract documents.
• Review and approve architectural and interior design packages, including drawings and specifications.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client to satisfy program and project requirements.
• Deliver contracted Design and Construction Management services on time and within budget.
• Manage and update project schedules for procurement, design and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with KEO internal processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing procurement and delivery of large design‑and‑build projects.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet financial objectives and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Technical assessment of contractor submittals.
• Review of architectural and interior design documentation.
