Senior Strategy Consultant – Middle East

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its Global Strategy Group. You will work on high‑impact projects across sectors such as public services, transport, logistics, energy and utilities, helping clients shape their future strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more client engagements or components of large‑scale projects.
• Deliver high‑quality insights, analyses and recommendations to clients.
• Manage scope, resources, timelines and budgets to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Contribute to practice and sector development initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
• MBA from a top‑tier business school or a postgraduate diploma in business, finance or economics from a leading university.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and cognitive skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred); UAE/Middle East experience is a plus.
