About the role
Senior Structural Engineer with strong precast concrete expertise to lead the structural design, detailing, and site‑coordination of precast elements across our development portfolio—from concept design through production and site erection.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structural design and detailing of precast concrete elements for villas, high‑rise, hospitality, mixed‑use and residential projects.
- Coordinate with in‑house design, engineering and construction teams to ensure safe, buildable and code‑compliant solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's a plus).
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including 5+ years focused on precast concrete design.
