Senior Supervisor – Key Accounts

About the role

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Key Accounts to join its Commercial Operations team. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you will support the national strategy by managing regional key accounts, ensuring product flow, and driving volume and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop activity plans and sales programmes for regional key accounts, aligning with the overall channel strategy.
• Negotiate listings, visibility, and volume‑driving activities with regional accounts and monitor performance indicators such as volumes and returns.
• Ensure product availability across the second‑layer retail network and plan direct volume requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional accounts to support profitable growth.
• Execute account‑related activities through the field organisation and third‑party agencies.
• Plan account budgets, track compliance, and allocate resources effectively.
