Senior Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Officer will be based in Dubai and report directly to the Head of Supply Chain, GCC. This role oversees end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and smooth execution of the S&OP process across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate demand planning activities, partnering with Sales & Marketing to produce accurate forecasts and update them in SAP.
• Monitor and report key demand‑and‑supply KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, and factory OTIF.
• Manage finished‑goods ordering, back‑order review, and supply allocation to minimise customer impact.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Regional Supply, and Commercial teams to mitigate supply disruptions.
• Lead supply‑chain aspects of new product launches, ensuring timely availability.
• Own inventory planning, stock modelling, ageing analysis, and corrective actions to optimise stock levels.
• Prepare monthly IMS/TMS outlooks and conduct supply‑demand reconciliations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management, demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Regional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
