Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – Hospitality Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment for our Hospitality Corporate division. The role will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the Group’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives for senior‑level positions within the hospitality corporate function.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate candidate evaluations, schedule interviews and manage communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions that enhance candidate experience and meet organizational talent acquisition goals.
• Partner with the Human Capital team to align recruitment activities with broader HR strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
