Senior Technical Analyst – Credit Decisioning Platform

About the role

HireAlpha is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to strengthen its Credit Decisioning Platform within the Risk Analytics function in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining SAS‑based decision engines for credit risk and lending.

Key responsibilities

• Configure decision strategies, eligibility rules, scorecards and decision flows using SAS Intelligent Decisioning and Decision Builder.
• Deploy, monitor and manage credit risk models in SAS Viya, ensuring production scoring and real‑time/batch API integrations.
• Perform complex SQL ETL, data validation and reconciliation to support model inputs.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot performance issues and optimise system reliability.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in banking/financial services credit risk or lending.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAS Viya, SAS Studio, CAS Model Manager and Intelligent Decisioning.
• Proven experience in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and model governance.
• Strong collaboration skills with Credit Risk, Analytics, Data, Product and Technology teams.
