Senior Travel Consultant – GCC Outbound Holidays (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

CityLaila, a fast‑growing travel company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Senior Travel Consultant to lead its premium outbound holiday division for GCC travellers. The role involves designing bespoke international holiday packages and delivering a high‑end customer experience from inquiry to booking.

Key responsibilities

• Drive premium holiday sales by handling inquiries from GCC customers.
• Design and customise international holiday packages that match client preferences, budget and visa requirements.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring exceptional service throughout the journey.
• Provide destination expertise across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Indian Ocean destinations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with premium clients, offering consultation on visas, hotels and luxury experiences.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, visa teams and transport providers to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
• Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction and repeat‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international holiday sales.
• Strong knowledge of Europe and GCC outbound travel markets.
• Proven track record working with premium travellers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Deep destination knowledge across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Indian Ocean islands.
• Expertise in advising on visa requirements, hotel selections and luxury services.
