Senior VIP Relationship Manager - CIS

About the role

OKX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is hiring a Senior VIP Relationship Manager (CIS) in Dubai. The role leads account management for the VIP retail program in the CIS region, working closely with regional and global growth, product, engineering and business intelligence teams, and leading a team of regional sales. It involves nurturing frequent contact with local key trading and VIP accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication, understanding their needs and supporting their inquiries
• Help users navigate OKX's product offerings, VIP structure and key platform updates
• Offer and manage VIP upgrades and product configurations
• Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts and scale business partnerships
• Contribute to regional strategies, recommend objectives, targets and action plans, and support product and engineering teams in product development
• Take part in regional online and offline marketing and business events, and monitor competitors and market trends to improve VIP offerings

Required profile

• Account management experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or a related field
• Strong client management, project management and analytical, problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Fluent English and native Russian are a must
• Open to business travel to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required
