Service Advisor – Emiratization

About the role
The Service Advisor represents the Toyota‑Lexus brand, ensuring an exemplary after‑sales experience that drives customer loyalty, retention and revenue. You will work closely with reception, after‑sales and workshop teams to meet service targets and enhance Net Promoter Scores.
Key responsibilities
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, manage complaints and ensure high Customer Service Value and NPS.
- Upsell services, control discounts and meet monthly revenue targets while providing timely progress updates.
- Explain repair work and costs clearly at vehicle delivery and ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies and distributor programmes.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy on all documents to support internal audits.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service advisory role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive and a team player.
