About the role
The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for Volvo Trucks customers throughout their service journey, translating technical concerns into clear repair instructions and ensuring timely, quality repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, capture vehicle concerns and prepare detailed repair orders.
- Explain recommended repairs, costs and timelines, and keep customers updated on progress.
- Coordinate with workshop teams, verify completed work against orders, and hand over vehicles with explanations.
- Promote relevant service and maintenance solutions and resolve any customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive after‑sales within a dealership or authorised service centre.
- Hands‑on experience with dealer management and ERP systems, and a valid UAE driving licence.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Required skills
- Dealer management system usage.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
