Service Desk Analyst – 7‑Month Temporary Contract

About the role

We are hiring six Service Desk Analysts for a leading investment company in Abu Dhabi on a seven‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves being the first point of contact for IT incidents, providing quick assessments and resolving straightforward issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and classify IT incidents and service requests.
• Perform initial diagnosis and resolve simple hardware, software and network problems.
• Escalate complex tickets to senior desk staff following ITIL procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CompTIA A+ and MTA certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Incident management using ITIL best practices.
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Windows operating system support.
• Basic networking concepts.
