Service Examiner – Elevator & Escalator Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Examiner to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• Minimum 5‑8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
