About the role

The Service Training Specialist will lead regional training initiatives for heavy‑machinery service teams, ensuring consistent skill development and certification across the network.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organise regional service training programmes.
  • Develop and maintain general training materials for the assigned region.
  • Monitor progress of product‑line service training and report outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product lines to arrange skill‑level certification for local service personnel.
  • Liaise with regional operations, safety, and certification bodies to ensure compliance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum three years of after‑sales service experience in the construction heavy‑machinery sector, including team management.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and coordination abilities.
  • Clear logical thinking and a solid understanding of corporate culture.
