Service Training Specialist – Heavy Machinery

About the role
The Service Training Specialist will lead regional training initiatives for heavy‑machinery service teams, ensuring consistent skill development and certification across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise regional service training programmes.
- Develop and maintain general training materials for the assigned region.
- Monitor progress of product‑line service training and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with product lines to arrange skill‑level certification for local service personnel.
- Liaise with regional operations, safety, and certification bodies to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum three years of after‑sales service experience in the construction heavy‑machinery sector, including team management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting and coordination abilities.
- Clear logical thinking and a solid understanding of corporate culture.
