Showroom Manager – Luxury Furniture

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the daily operations of Emagine Solutions' luxury carpet showroom in Dubai, driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Acting as the brand ambassador, you will promote carpet solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality and government projects while maintaining high showroom standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute business‑development strategies to increase market share.
• Build and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, fit‑out contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Identify new project opportunities through networking, client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Oversee showroom operations, ensuring professional presentation, visual merchandising and inventory control.
• Supervise, coach and develop the showroom team to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and installation teams for timely project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity; produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in showroom management, business development or sales within carpet, flooring, interior design, furniture, home décor or building‑materials sectors.
• Established network and strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants and fit‑out contractors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating project‑based business.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and ability to analyse sales pipelines.
