Site Administration Officer – EPC Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Target Engineering is looking for a proactive Site Administration Officer to support EPC oil & gas projects across the UAE. You will ensure smooth administrative operations, compliance, and facility management on site, acting as a key liaison between project teams, subcontractors and corporate offices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative workflows for EPC project execution, including documentation, scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, correspondence, transmittals and official documentation.
• Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, site access permits and vendor mobilization.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage office space allocation, layout updates and relocation activities.
• Act as focal point for internal theft and incident reporting, coordinating investigations with HR, security and authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administration, facilities management, compliance or stakeholder management within construction, EPC or oil & gas environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across internal and external parties.
