Site Architect – Residential & Villa Supervision

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our Site Supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supervising and coordinating architectural works for residential buildings and villas, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project requirements, and UAE codes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on residential buildings and villas on‑site.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify that works follow approved drawings and project specifications.
• Review and coordinate interior and exterior finishes, joinery, wall and stone finishes, waterproofing interfaces, specialist elements and façade works.
• Perform technical reviews, raise and resolve RFIs, and attend progress and coordination meetings.
• Monitor quality and progress, support the Resident Engineer, and ensure compliance with UAE codes and project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and consultancy supervision, particularly residential and villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to work on‑site, coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM tools.
• Competence in ACC (or equivalent CAD applications).
