Site Cleaning Services Manager – Emirates Dubai 7s

About the role

The Emirates Dubai 7s is seeking an experienced Site Cleaning Services Manager to lead all cleaning operations at the 7s Stadium. You will ensure the venue meets the highest cleanliness standards before, during, and after the tournament, coordinating closely with facilities, tournament operations, and waste management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Facilities and Turf Operations Manager for all operational duties.
• Coordinate with Tournament Operations, Cleaning, and Waste Management teams.
• Maintain supplier data and accreditation for cleaning services.
• Conduct regular and pre‑event inspections to identify cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Reorder cleaning supplies and consumables through approved service providers.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train cleaning staff and external service providers.
• Lead waste and recycling management initiatives to meet sustainability goals.
• Prepare a post‑event report with photos, consumable usage data, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cleaning services for large‑scale events or venues.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and suppliers effectively under pressure.
• Freelancers must have personal transport, accommodation, a valid UAE residence visa, NOC, and health insurance.
