Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out (Dubai)

About the role

Tesseract Interiors is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to lead the execution of interior fit‑out projects on site in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site execution of interior fit‑out works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review drawings, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, material requirements and weekly progress reports.
• Attend site and client meetings, providing clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Arrange authority inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai building regulations, safety standards and project specifications.
• Monitor quality, timelines and productivity while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out or civil works.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Immediate availability.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
