Site Engineer (Renovation & Fit-out)

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai‑based design and build contractor, is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to oversee residential renovation and fit‑out projects. The role involves hands‑on supervision of daily site activities, coordination of teams, and ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works progress according to schedule.
• Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and site productivity.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works on site.
• Conduct site measurements, quantity checks and monitor material requirements.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day technical and site issues.
• Maintain site records, provide regular progress updates and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE construction experience, preferably in renovation or fit‑out projects.
• Understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability are preferred.
