About the role

Lead the on‑site electrical team to ensure efficient, safe installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems while maintaining compliance with codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site electrical team, ensuring efficient and safe installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, monitor quality, safety and compliance with specifications and electrical codes.
• Assign tasks, guide team members, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
• Track daily progress, report updates, identify potential delays and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Enforce health and safety rules, conduct regular inspections, and maintain accurate documentation of site activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in electrical site supervision or foreman roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, train subordinates and manage resources effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of quality, safety and compliance standards.
