Site Inspector / Architect – Expression of Interest

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our growing Middle East team as Site Inspectors, Architects and Senior Architects. The role involves leading coordination with multiple disciplines, supporting the Resident Engineer, and ensuring that architectural works on‑site meet contract specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site.
• Process contract documents and support contract administration.
• Develop, modify and review production drawings and construction documents.
• Provide architectural expertise to the design department and resolve technical engineering problems.
• Monitor interior architectural works for conformance with contract documents and procedures.
• Review and process shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, material proposals and installation method statements.
• Oversee procurement, deliveries and ensure timeliness of construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, health & safety standards and schedule.
• Lead snagging and de‑snagging processes to progress works to completion.
• Attend project and technical meetings, prepare draft site instructions and advise on variation costs.

Required profile

• Engineers interested in joining a Middle East construction team.
• Architects or senior architects with experience in site inspection and coordination.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
