About the role
A 24*7 operation in Dubai is looking for a Hindi-speaking SME loan lending telesales agent. The role involves handling customer calls, chats and emails professionally, following up open cases until closure and escalating cases to the right teams. Candidates must speak English and Hindi fluently and have at least 1 year of call centre experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle calls, chats and emails in a professional manner
- Follow up on open cases and see them through to closure
- Escalate necessary cases to the respective teams as needed
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Mandatory experience in SME loans lending telesales
- Knowledge of SME loan procedures, document verification, AML and KYC verification
- Minimum 1 year of call centre experience; preferably banking/fintech projects and outbound calling
- Some CRM experience; fresh desk preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Available to start immediately
What we offer
- Salary of 3500 AED per month
