Social Media & Community Manager – Web3

About the role

Meta Earth is seeking a bilingual Social Media & Community Manager to lead its global digital presence across Web3 audiences. The role starts remotely from China for one month and, based on performance, will relocate to the company’s headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑platform social media strategies on X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Lead a small team of 3‑4 members, overseeing daily content creation, scheduling and publication aligned with campaigns, events and partnerships.
• Engage with global Web3 communities, moderate discussions, and host interactive sessions such as AMAs.
• Drive social media campaigns from concept to launch, including product releases, ecosystem updates and event activations.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs and optimise performance using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with content, design and PR teams to ensure consistent tone, branding and messaging.
• Manage Web3 growth platforms such as Galxe, Zealy and TaskOn for community activation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in crypto, blockchain or Web3 community management.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3‑4 members.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Experience with X Analytics, Google Analytics and Telegram insights.
• Familiarity with community activation tools Galxe, Zealy and TaskOn.
