About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Content & Ads Specialist to drive engagement and growth across multiple client accounts. Working fully remotely, you will create compelling content, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Create ad copy and manage paid social campaigns using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure high‑quality visual assets.
• Research marketing trends and client demographics to shape content strategy.
• Plan and execute strategic campaigns to boost audience reach and interaction.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize content and ads based on insights.
• Maintain blog content that supports broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (C1 level) and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
