Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

PECTIV is a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager. You will shape and execute the brand’s social media strategy, create compelling content, and foster an engaged community across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and daily posting schedules.
• Write engaging captions, content briefs and concepts that align with brand storytelling.
• Coordinate content shoots, user‑generated content creators, influencers and photographers.
• Drive organic reach, follower growth and brand awareness through community engagement and timely trend‑based content.
• Organise weekly Instagram/TikTok Live sessions with gynecologists, dermatologists and industry experts.
• Manage influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity, social media trends and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Designer and E‑commerce Growth Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to create and execute content strategies for e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Highly organized, creative and proactive.
• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare or lifestyle brands is preferred.
