Social Media Executive

About the role

As a Social Media Executive at Minimalist, you will help shape and execute the brand’s digital presence across key social platforms. Based in our Dubai headquarters, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is on‑brand, engaging, and aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of social media strategies and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and launching campaigns tied to product releases, seasonal moments and brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to highlight top‑performing content.
• Contribute to e‑mail marketing efforts, including drafting copy, segmenting lists and scheduling via Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, fashion or luxury retail environment.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain brand tone.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and consumer preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo for e‑mail marketing.
• Familiarity with G‑Suite and social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic creation.
