Social Media Manager for Multiple Brands

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the digital presence of three distinct brands – Terra, Vision Dubai, and the Expo School Programme – each with its own identity, audience, and channel mix. Based within the Marketing & Communications team at Expo City Dubai, this hands‑on role blends creative production with strategic planning to deliver end‑to‑end social media experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a differentiated, platform‑native social media strategy for each brand.
• Build quarterly content roadmaps aligned with brand pillars and emerging cultural moments.
• Produce and oversee short‑form video (Reels, TikTok), static posts, carousels, stories, and long‑form YouTube content.
• Maintain monthly content calendars and manage day‑to‑day community interactions, responding to comments and DMs within SLA.
• Identify and manage creator and influencer collaborations, from brief to performance tracking.
• Deliver weekly performance summaries and monthly reports covering engagement, reach, audience growth, video retention, sentiment and optimisation recommendations.
• Coordinate on‑site content capture, event coverage and same‑day reactive content.
• Serve as primary liaison with external agencies, freelancers and production partners, ensuring brand alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on social media management experience across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the UAE social media landscape, cultural trends and audience behavior.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally with visitor experience, education, impact and events teams.
