Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and drive our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This leadership role combines creativity, strategic thinking, analytics, and team management to deliver measurable business results for our luxury jewellery brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand awareness, customer engagement, showroom footfall, enquiries, and sales.
• Own content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars featuring product showcases, bridal collections, diamond jewellery, 18K & 22K collections, educational content, campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Lead videographers, editors, designers, content writers and showroom teams through creative briefs, shoot plans and production schedules.
• Coordinate showroom‑level content creation across 14+ locations to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality videos and local campaigns.
• Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand‑building initiatives while maintaining a premium visual identity.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to turn high‑performing organic content into paid campaigns.
• Manage community engagement, respond to trends, gather customer insights and convert conversations into content opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and platform updates to keep the brand ahead.
• Maintain the highest standards of storytelling, branding and creative consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury or retail brands.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure performance and drive growth.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
