Software Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi & Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Software Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will have B2B software or SaaS sales experience, strong relationship‑building skills, and a passion for helping businesses adopt innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow‑ups with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
