Software Sales Specialist

About the role

Staffora HR Consultancy is looking for a proactive Software Sales Specialist to expand B2B retail technology solutions across Dubai and the UAE. You will engage retailers, commercial outlets and enterprise brands, delivering end‑to‑end software packages.

Key responsibilities

• B2B prospecting and field sales through visits, cold outreach and networking.
• Conduct live product demos for POS, inventory, RFID, CRM and retail ERP solutions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to contract closing and account retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline, prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms with business owners and IT managers.

Required profile

• Prior experience in software, B2B technology or SaaS sales (retail systems a plus).
• Valid UAE driving licence for regular client meetings across Dubai.
• Ability to quickly master software capabilities and explain technical features to non‑technical owners.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion and closing skills in English.
