Specialist Family Medicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves providing comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families across all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory and cardiovascular disorders.
• Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, and preventive consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate follow‑up care and provide lifestyle counselling.
• Monitor chronic patients, optimise treatment and arrange specialist referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and build long‑term relationships with patients and families.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in primary care and family medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic, decision‑making, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
