Specialist Otorhinolaryngology (Head & Neck Surgery) – Dubai/Sharjah

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology with a focus on Head and Neck Surgery to join leading healthcare providers in Dubai and Sharjah. The role involves delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult and pediatric patients while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head‑and‑neck conditions in both adults and children.
• Perform ENT evaluations including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, otoscopy, audiological assessments and imaging interpretation.
• Conduct surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), tympanoplasty, myringoplasty, myringotomy with tube insertion, and excision of head‑and‑neck lesions.
• Provide pre‑operative planning, post‑operative care and follow‑up for all procedures.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA/MOH regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits, research and CME activities.
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to departmental education.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Board certification, fellowship or Arab Board in Otorhinolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery.
• 3‑5 years post‑specialization experience as a Specialist ENT physician.
• Eligibility for a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license and/or MOH license for Sharjah.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
