Sr Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Raytheon is establishing a high‑velocity production center for next‑generation counter‑UAS technologies in Abu Dhabi. The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing development, coordinate with US counterparts, and ensure the facility is ready for full‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and analyze factory capabilities to ensure production readiness and improve product producibility.
• Create Manufacturing Data Packages, including assembly instructions, workflow routing, labor standards, and tool/fixture designs.
• Provide technical input and peer review for engineering designs and changes, and serve as the manufacturing and producibility authority.
• Identify and resolve constraints across the program, recommend process improvements, and support corrective‑action investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude, ability to work in a highly controlled, constraint‑driven environment, and strong communication skills.
