About the role
We are looking for a Steel Fixer to join our construction team in Dubai. The role involves handling reinforcement steel on site, ensuring that steel bars are accurately cut, bent, and positioned according to project drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Cut and bend reinforcement steel to required dimensions.
- Fix and secure steel bars for concrete structures.
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings.
- Verify measurements and alignment of steel work.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all site safety procedures and regulations.
Required profile
- No formal education required.
- Less than one year of experience in steel fixing or related construction work.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai.
Required skills
- Knowledge of steel structures.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of 2,000–3,000 AED.
- Visa sponsorship, accommodation and transport allowances.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
