About the role

Sky High HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Steel Fixer for a full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working on concrete structures, ensuring that steel reinforcement is accurately cut, bent, and positioned according to technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, bend, and place steel bars or mesh in concrete forms based on drawings.
• Assemble and secure reinforcement using hand and power tools.
• Maintain structural stability and comply with all safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and other construction personnel.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment used on the site.

Required profile

• Experience using power tools effectively.
• Proficiency in welding and working with iron.
• Knowledge of fall protection standards and practices.
• Experience with rigging and handling heavy loads.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physical strength and stamina to work in varied conditions.
